Besides being incredibly grateful for all the gifts and healing breathwork has brought into my life, I'm naturally passionate to share this tool with others. For me breathwork is all about self empowerment and finding the answers within ourselves. My approach is all about listening to what the receiver is asking for and honoring that by creating a neutral, safe and loving container for their own answers to come. Born and raised in Costa Rica, I naturally lean for a simple way of guidance where participants can experience the "pura vida" (pure life) way of living.
