HOW I WORK: Breath is life and a reflection of our personal journey. I profoundly respect this simple yet powerful instrument that represents our existence; it is sacred because we, as souls inhabiting a human body, are sacred. This belief guides me as a facilitator, focusing on supporting the core of our being beyond the stories we inherit from society and beyond our inner monologue. Beyond the limitations we think we are, I know we are more than our labels can ever frame us. As a practitioner and facilitator, I consider it a privilege and an honour to share this tool.
