HOW I WORK: The aim of my Breath therapy Clinique and being a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) is to improve the emotional, mental and physical condition of my clients. I work as a Breath therapist for more than 30 years, and the last 7 of them as a SEP, focusing on healing trauma. I use nose breathing as a way to regulate whatever trauma is showing up for the client and together, gently defuse the drama about it to reach a full healing. I recommend Earthing as a way of life and use it as an important tool in my therapy. It always works!
