Campbell is an Australian trained Physiotherapist who focuses on functional breathwork for individuals dealing with anxiety, sleep issues, chronic symptoms and performance recovery. He also spends most of his time guiding health practitioners on how to integrate breathing assessments and treatment into their clinical practices.
Campbell Will is a physiotherapist and breathwork coach, and the founder of Breath Body Therapy. After spending over a decade working in clinical settings, Campbell noticed a pattern: symptom-management alone rarely got to the root of why people stayed stuck in anxiety, burnout, and chronic stress. That question led him to build a functional breathwork and nervous system regulation approach that combines his physiotherapy training with the science of respiration, autonomic nervous system function, and vagus nerve regulation. Unlike breathwork that teaches technique alone, Campbell's approach is grounded in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, helping clients and practitioners understand why their breathing patterns developed the way they did, and what needs to shift before any technique will actually work. His work draws on research in breathing mechanics, polyvagal theory, heart rate variability, and CO₂/O₂ biochemistry, translated into practical, evidence-based tools for breathwork for anxiety, stress, and burnout recovery. Through Breath Body Therapy, Campbell runs two programs: Anxiety Reframed, a 4-week program helping individuals understand and work with the physiology underneath their anxiety, and the F&T Breathwork Mentorship, a 12-week breathwork practitioner training and certification for health and wellness practitioners - physiotherapists, coaches, psychologists, and bodyworkers - who want to integrate functional breathwork into their existing practice. He has worked with over 2,000 clients and 300+ practitioners worldwide.
