HOW I WORK: My approach sits at the intersection of clinical science and somatic practice, grounded in curiosity, autonomy, and the belief that there is no single "right" way for a person to experience their body. I'm a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience, and that combination shapes everything about how I hold space — the science tells me why it works, and the somatic and energetic training tells me how to hold the space for it. I work from a core belief that people are already whole. My role isn't to fix anyone — it's to create intentional, safe space where the body's own wisdom can surface. Safety is the primary work. I don't equate intensity with transformation, and I actively resist the idea that healing needs to be dramatic, performative, or earned. You've got to feel it to heal it — but that process gets to happen at the pace and in the way that's right for each person. I place a strong emphasis on helping people notice their own sensations, responses, and inner knowing rather than interpreting their experience for them. A powerful session might look like a profound release, but it might also be noticing a subtle sensation, recognizing a boundary, finding a new sense of safety, or discovering something the person already knew but hadn't been able to hear. I see myself as a guide and witness who can offer tools, create a held environment, and help someone stay curious about what their body is communicating. Ultimately, I want people to leave with a greater ability to listen to and trust themselves. What distinguishes me is that I don't ask people to choose between evidence and intuition — I hold both. I bring a neurodivergent lens that naturally sees patterns across systems and prioritizes creating environments where choice and autonomy are non-negotiable. Everything is an invitation, not an expectation. I serve people who aren't lacking information — they're lacking integration. They've done the inner work, they understand the concepts, and they're still disconnected from their bodies. That's the gap I work in.
