I'm a Breathguru© certified Conscious Connected Breathwork coach, trained through 150 hours with Alan Dolan, who introduced Transformational Breathwork to the UK. I'm also GPBA Ethically Compliant accredited and listed with the UK Breathwork Association. I love offering 1-1 sessions (virtual and in-person), group sessions, workshops, and retreats, and seeing people rediscover something so simple yet so powerful. I'm based in Surrey, and also work across London and West Sussex. Alongside CCB, I'm an Infom certified Forest Bathing guide and a Mental Health First Aider, and I run WonderWoods and Forest Bathing Made In Britain. I also founded and still run the Selsey Sea Bathing Society, a joyful community sea swimming group now in its seventh year, and I lead The Life Adventure, a wellbeing consultancy working mainly with UK government departments. Before all this, I spent twenty years in business, including as CEO of a venture backed experiential travel start up and founder of a B Corp certified prize agency, so I bring real world, corporate understanding into every session too. It's this combination, breath, forest, sea, and business savvy, that clients love, whether it's a 1-1 session or a full wellbeing day for organisations like Danone UK, Diageo, Canon Medical, and Joelson Law, where I'm often asked to blend breathwork with forest bathing for a richer day of reflection and reset.
