For people who want to experience the Holosomatic® Method before, or instead of, training to facilitate it. The 21-Day Holosomatic® Activation Program is a fully online journey of daily breathwork and somatic practice designed to settle the nervous system and open the body, no prior experience needed. The InnerCamp Membership offers live online breathwork sessions each week with replays, a growing library of recorded practices and a global community. Students on our certification trainings also complete their own breath journey as part of the course, so every facilitator we certify has first done the inner work themselves.

The Holosomatic® Breathwork Facilitator Training is a 300-hour diploma, delivered online over four months or in a hybrid format with an onsite week in Málaga. It runs across two levels: 18 live Zoom sessions of two and a half hours, taught by Alexis Alcalá and the senior training team, with replays included. Students study the science of breathwork, a range of breathwork styles, their own breath journey and how to design sessions for different people and settings. Every written assignment is reviewed and approved by InnerCamp, students practise on real people from the first weeks, and two recorded facilitation sessions receive personal supervision and written feedback before a final exam on guiding sessions. The diploma carries 300 CPD credits, is CMA accredited and is valid for life with no renewal fee. Graduates guide one to one and group sessions, workshops, retreats and online programmes.

InnerCamp does not currently offer a separate trainer certification open to the public. Facilitators who have completed the Holosomatic® Breathwork Facilitator Training can continue through the InnerCamp volunteer programme and, by invitation, join the InnerCamp teaching team as trainers after a period of supervised co-facilitation on live cohorts and student sessions.
