I'm the founder of SoulSafe Breathwork, a breathwork facilitator and somatic coach based in Alberta, Canada.
My journey with breathwork began in 2014, opening a path of personal exploration, embodied awareness, and a growing curiosity about the relationship between breath, body, and consciousness.
My professional training includes Conscious Connected Breathwork, Pause Somatic Coaching, Advanced Energetics, and extensive studies with Nūma Somatics.
Alongside my breathwork practice, I have spent many years working in occupational health and safety, including remote industrial environments, emergency medical support, and safety auditing. These experiences have shaped my understanding of safety from two perspectives: the external conditions that protect us and the internal capacity that helps us navigate life's experiences.
Through SoulSafe Breathwork, I bring these experiences together, offering a grounded, welcoming space for exploration, connection, and personal growth.
My approach begins with curiosity rather than correction.
I integrate Conscious Connected Breathwork with somatic awareness, nervous-system education, and trauma-sensitive principles. I recognize that each person brings their own experiences, resources, and capacity to the practice.
Rather than directing the body toward a particular outcome, I invite participants to notice what is present and explore their experience at a pace that respects their needs.
I draw on practices such as titration, pendulation, grounding, movement, and breath awareness to support choice, self-regulation, and embodied connection.
My background in occupational health and safety brings an additional perspective to this work. While external safety focuses on identifying and managing hazards, somatic practice invites us to become curious about our internal responses and the conditions that support our capacity.
I offer individual and group sessions, including workplace programs that explore the relationship between stress, hypervigilance, and nervous-system regulation.
I believe the breath can be a bridge between what we experience and how we meet it, creating opportunities for greater awareness, connection, and choice.
