DEEP DIVE RETREAT – BREATH & BODY WISDOM

Our Body knows.....our breath reveals

Refers to the understanding and practice of connecting our breath with our bodily awareness, emerging overall well-being and union with our real Essence.   This concept is rooted in ancient practices:Diaphragmatic Breathing, Body Movement, Sounds and Meditation, where conscious connected breathing is used to foster a deeper connection between the mind and body.     By focusing on the breath, we can cultivate a sense of calm, reduce stress, and enhance our physical, emotional and mental health.    The wisdom lies in recognising that the way we breathe can influence our emotions, energy levels, and even our physical health.  We use techniques such as deep diaphragmatic breathing, body wisdom scanning and body movement, sound healing encouraging individuals to listen to their bodies and respond to their needs with compassion and awareness.    Integrating breath and body wisdom into our daily life can lead to a more balanced, harmonious existence and a greater acceptance of our presence and wholeness.
