I have dedicated her life to the study and practice of different therapeutic modalities to promote the expansion of human consciousness and wellbeing. 

In 2011 I joined the International Breathwork Foundation in the annual event Global Inspiration Conference.

I have participated giving workshops in Ecuador, Belgium, Ireland, India, Canary Islands, France, USA, Germany and soon Netherlands.

In 2014 she became the IBF National Representative for Mexico and in October 2017 she became an Ambassador and created the project Meet2Breathe Online.

I joined as member the IBF Online Team cocreating online events such as the "World Breathing Day" in April 2020, "Global Connexion Days" in November 2021 and the "Online Global Inspiration Conference Germany" in August 2022.  In 2023 I became a member of the IBF Communications Workgroup (which was before the Online Team)
