My Training

In 1992 I was trained to the highest level of Rebirthing Practitioner in Connecticut, USA with Bob and Mallie Mandel.

From 2008 I started an advanced training with Sondra Ray as a Liberation Breathing® Practitioner.  This was a ten-year process becoming certified in 2018.  There are currently less than 10 Liberation Breathing Practitioners in the world.

My Practice

I have worked with some very high teachers to allow me to transform myself and to learn powerful skills I can use to open up others’ lives.  I worked very closely with Sondra Ray for 3 years until 2019. I am currently doing intense trainings with Advaitananda Stoian who is a high level yogic practitioner.

I have given breathwork sessions to hundreds of people over the years in private sessions and groups. It has been a great privilege for me to see so many transformations in peoples' lives through the power of the conscious breath.
