I am absolutely amazed by the power of nature and the power of our breath. I have experienced some peculiar moments in my life, some of those moments of life or death, and in all of them I exhale this present place, of attention, of respect, of being, in every moment of surrender, flowing in the rhythm of our breath. I'm playoga, mindfulness kids and teen teacher. I also specialized in neuroscience and neuroplasticity. I have done this phatway and have grown in this vision along with the growth of my son. I love every step of this adventure and it is my mission to spread the word of this power of breath along with the transforming power of every child, love and acceptance
