After a twenty-year career in the corporate arena providing tax advice to businesses and shareholders, I discovered rebirthing breathwork in 2018 on a retreat in Italy. My initial experience of connecting consciously with my breath was so profound that I committed to practitioner training with the AIR school of Breathwork within weeks, inspired to share my discovery of breathwork with the world. My connection with the natural world and its lessons of surrender and acceptance, impermanence and renewal, is my guiding light in my breathwork. Taking a gentle and empathetic approach, I use the natural breath to allow clients to explore their own inner realms in a supported and secure way. I run my breathwork practice from my home and garden in Northamptonshire, taking opportunities to bring the practice outside into the open air when I can, so that clients can enjoy the wonderful alchemy of nature and the breath.
