Profile We are organization from Lodz, Poland called Inny Rytm. It means Different Rhythm in polish and our mission is to bring more of conscious breathing and culture of dialogs into public knowledge. Right now we are in the process of making edu-innovation for public schools: to start lessons with short conscious breathing exercises. We have also started making open meetings to share our knowledge in breathing processes. Our spiritual path comes from meditation experience with; pranayama in Sufi tradition, Vipassana, Christian Meditation and transcendental meditation. We have also worked with Wim Hof Method, Buteyko Method, Strelnikova Method.
