Profile I hold a masters degree in mental health counseling, and have years of experience doing crisis work and supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, codependency, grief, heartbreak and more. While I believe my clinical and educational experience taught me a lot, what makes me qualified to speak on self-love, connecting to yourself and finding your purpose is the journey I have been on throughout my adult life. Breaking out of people-pleasing, quieting the noise to finally hear myself over others and learning to choose myself over and over has been my life’s work. I firmly believe that we each have the ability to heal and, when empowered with tools, we have the power to do it on our own.
