Profile I obtained an Associate of Applied Science Degree from Sinclair Community College in 2010 with a focus in Dental Hygiene Received a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue Global University in 2021 with a focus in Health and Wellness Completed a 1-year Functional Medicine Coaching Program with The Functionalnal Medicine Coaching Academy and became a Certified Function Medicine Health Coach in March of 2021 Trained with Steven Jaggers of Somatic Breathwork and received breathwork certification in December 2021 Trained with Ben Holt of Connect and Evolve and received breathwork certification in November of 2021 Trained with the Embody Lab - Completed 60-hour certification in Integrative Trauma and Somatics in January 2023 Trained with Campbell Will of Breath Body Therapy and received Functional Breathwork Certification in May of 2023
