JESS RYAN, MS, LPC, NCC, 500 ERYT is the founder of Our Real Work, a holistic healing company. She is a 500 Experienced Register Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), Yoga Teacher Trainer, Meditation, Pranayama, and Breathwork Teacher, as well as an Usui + Karuna Reiki Master and Shamanic Practitioner. Jess has been teaching Yoga asana and pranayama and intuitive Reiki and energy work since 2004. She holds degrees in and has studied Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, Sociology, Environmental/Natural Sciences, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma and nervous system regulation.
