Allow me to introduce myself – I'm Wesley, a curious and humorous lad. I have an insatiable appetite for knowledge and an unwavering commitment to exploration. I consider myself a true connoisseur of life's many wonders.

My zest for existence finds its expression in a myriad of processes. Whether I'm gracefully practicing archery or finding inner serenity through the ancient art of qigong, or perhaps pedaling my way through scenic landscapes or gliding along in the Pacific Ocean, I thrive on the richness of somatic sensation.

But that's not all; my heart beats to the rhythm of music, the allure of storytelling, and the enchantment of mythology. These interests have blended and granted me deep healing. A major partner in this is my profound relationship with an extraordinary instrument—the didgeridoo!

For the past decade, I have dedicated my life to the pursuit of alternative medicine and the timeless wisdom of traditional wellness practices. I've delved deep into the mysteries of holistic healing, forging a path illuminated by ancient wisdom and modern insight.

After an intensive four-year journey into Numa Somatics, I have emerged as a dedicated breathwork facilitator, guiding others on transformative inner journeys. My quest for knowledge led me to India, where I earned my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, equipping me to share the gift of inner balance and vitality with my community.

I find myself here on Vancouver Island, and so grateful to be on this nourishing land. Fulfilling a generational quest of my heritage to seek safety in going West. These are the traditional and unceded territories of many indigenous nations. With deep respect I live to learn as best I can how to be on these lands, and in the world as an interconnected part of that which sustains us all, this wonderful Earth that is our shared home.
