Carrie Sopko is a Certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator and  Reiki Master/Teacher. Transformational Breath has been a part of Carrie's life since 2006.  She began her studies to become a facilitator of this work in early 2008, completing her certifications in early 2009.  Carrie has been dedicated to helping others become aware of the power they possess to change their own health and well-being through the use of their breath.  "Our breath is a most powerful self-healing integrative tool.  Self-empowerment is achieved through the use of Transformational Breath®." ~  Dr. Judith Kravitz.  She first experienced this self-healing modality when a friend invited her to come to their office for a breathing session.  The invitation was accepted with the thought that, it's "just breathing".  Already searching for a way to change the life that "wasn't working" for her, Carrie had complete clarity by the end of the session that Transformational Breath was going to change the trajectory of her life.  Based on her own mental-emotional, physical and spiritual life altering experience through the use of this unique and powerful self-healing modality, her desire is to share the power of the breath with as many individuals as she can by offering her knowledge, and providing a safe supportive space to help others create true transformation in their lives. 
     Her first experience with Reiki was so profound she knew in that moment that when the time was right, she would become a Reiki practitioner.  This came to fruition in 2003.
     Carrie is a member of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance and the International Breathwork Foundation. She continues to keep herself current with the latest developments in the modalities that she facilitates.  Also expanding her knowledge through her studies of the bridge between science and spirit in order to assist clients in creating permanent lasting transformation in their lives.
