Audra is a breathwork Teacher and Traininer based in Tulum, MX.

She is passionate about helping people return to their birthright of freedom, abundance and healing ever since she discovered breathwork and came out of a dark place filled with substance abuse, anxiety, depression and eating disorder into healing, inner peace, freedom and abundance.

She has been teaching breathwork online since 2020 and has been training others to start their own online breathwork business since 2021
