A supervisor, trainer-coach and facilitator trained at Undici , BAO Elan Vital and the Ecole de la Posture Juste (psycho corporal therapy), I specialise in communication magic and collective intelligence.

A former Teacher certified in association management, I worked for 13 years in an environmental association where I helped my team move from 'traditional' management to shared governance (sociocracy). I was also responsible for soft HR and coordinated campaigns and European projects.

For the last five years, I have been using my talent to foster cohesion and well being through the joyful dynamics of Zoupitizoup, mainly in team coaching.

In addition to team coaching, I supervise coaches, I coach managers and I nurture Zoupitizoup’s aura and network through supervisions, intervisions and transmission.

I am a Belgian national. Having worked as a volunteer for one year in London, and regularly in English since then, I enjoy coaching in English.

I include bioenergetic exercises (breathing and movements) in nearly all my coaching sessions, as it is the backbone of what I aim to achieve : the right posture.
