A Breathwork Practitioner, Actor, Singer, Theatre maker and Singing leader, I have studied healing and mental health formally and informally for most of my adult life. This path to healing - or to the full self-realisation that we are already healed, is a most fascinating and rewarding - and necessary - path. I trained in Rebirthing in the 1990s, when I first realised the power of this modality. I continued my own eventful life journey, including performing, teaching and property renovation and management. Throughout this time and while raising children, I continued to study different many kinds of therapy.  In 2016 I found my way back to powerful Healer, Shaman and Medicine Woman Diane Jeffries, and to Alignment Breathwork, the highly evolved transformed version of rebirthing.

I have combined the Medicine of Singing witht that of Breathwork, and I am honoured to offer this powerful transformational healing tool to the world. 

My physical practice is based in my studio in Dja Dja Wurrung country, Central Victoria, Australia, but I share my Medicine worldwide, through the internet but also though extensive travel.
