| 2026 | Over the past year, the Integrity Committee has continued supporting the ethical foundation, professionalism, and accountability of the International Breathwork Foundation community.
The committee has participated in discussions relating to ethical concerns, conflict resolution, professional conduct, and integrity within the international breathwork field. We have worked collaboratively to support respectful communication, mediation where appropriate, and fair processes in alignment with IBF values and bylaws.
The IC has also contributed to ongoing conversations regarding governance, professionalism, transparency, and the evolving standards required within the global breathwork profession. The committee continues to serve as a supportive advisory body for the Executive Team and wider IBF community. | Throughout the year, the Integrity Committee has continued to support the review and management of ethical concerns and complaints brought to the attention of the IBF.
This has included:
* Participating in respectful and confidential discussions regarding complaints and professional concerns * Supporting mediation and communication processes where appropriate * Encouraging fairness, neutrality, and compassionate dialogue * Upholding professionalism, ethics, and accountability within the breathwork field * Assisting in maintaining clear and respectful communication between members and leadership where needed
