Since 1978, Tilke has been giving individual sessions and leading groups in Germany, the Netherlands, France and Spain, in which she teaches Integrative Breathwork, Voice Dialogue, and the dynamics of relationships. She has long standing experience as breathwork therapist, trainer, coach and supervisor. From 2001-2004 she has been president of the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF). She is a board member of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance, GPBA. In 1984, together with her colleague Hans Mensink, she founded the Institute for Integrative Breathwork (Instituut voor Integratieve Ademtherapie). She is an Avatar Master. Tilke is the author of "The Art of Integrative Therapy" - healing the Past on a Soul Level - as well as of several articles on Breathwork and the Psychology of Selves among which 'Hot Water Breathwork' and 'Cold Water Breathwork, published in 'The Healing Breath' journal and 'Atman' journal.
