I have been working in the breathwork since 2017. I used to suffer from anxiety and panic attacks when I was younger and as an adult, when close to a breakdown and often using antibiotics to get better as I was consistently catching colds, I bumped into the Wim Hof Method. I became a Certified Instructor a couple of years later and have been developing my skills by studying various breathing techniques that I incorporate in my classes. I also use breathwork with sports and performance. I also recently graduated in teaching meditation and added it to my teachings. I want to make breathwork and meditation accessible to everyone and help people with their everyday struggles and make their lives better and happier.
