Hello,

My name is Germán A. Castro. I am a Personal Development Coach and Breathworker, but above all, I enjoy the little things in life.

With a background as a Forestry Technician and a Specialist in ISO Standards for the environment and quality management standards (14001 & 9001), respectively, I completed a six-month Training Program in Professional Coaching Competencies and Skills (endorsed by the ICF International Coaching Federation) (2012) and have +80 hours as a Coach with customers.

Furthermore, I have a Diploma as a Group Coordinator with Gestalt approach Training with +220 hr (2017), and since 2021 I have been actively practicing the Breathwork Respiration technique

My Story,

What drives me?

When I was 18 years old I began a soul-searching path and healing journey. I had one thought in my mind that never left my life, even in the present moment that it is here with me: "There has to be something more than working, eating hamburgers, and having sex." 

I started my own personal Ayurveda breathing practice exercises, followed by soul-searching in past-life regressions, Japanese Shiatsu massage, and many years of conventional Psychotherapy on myself (about my own identity as a person). Then, I realized that I love having coaching conversations with clients and breathwork sessions to help them overcome their own obstacles and face personal stress on their own bodies.

Today, in 2025, I work in the Hospitality (Horeca) sector in the Netherlands, combining it with my professional practice, and it has been a change from the head to the heart. The moment you get in touch with your feelings, needs, and desires, and learn to seriously listen to them and act on them, you will get into flow. Your energy levels will increase by doing what brings you energy and joy.
