IBF Professional Membership is self-nominated by the individual. Professional Members should hold a relevant certificate from a breathwork training programme or school, which endorses them to practise within their ethical standards and scope of training.
People still in training should select Individual Membership.
IBF does not check certificates, honouring the integrity of our members. The Professional Membership profile creates space for detailed information about training and experience in practice to be provided.
If you have Global Professional Breathwork Alliance accreditation status, please register as a Professional Member and then email info@ibfbreathwork.org to request to have this displayed on your profile. IBF checks GPBA status before displaying this on a member profile.
All IBF Professional Members agree to practise within the IBF Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards.

Support The IBF Breathwork Development Project
The Breathwork Development Fund was created in 2011 to financially support people in certain places that would otherwise not have the opportunity to experience the benefits of breathwork.
As an example, IBF is supporting the Tiba-Africa Project in Kenya, bringing Breathwork as a healing and self-esteem tool for women with HIV-AIDS and helping the children and families from the slums of Nairobi.
Anyone can contribute to the Breathwork Development Fund through a donation.
Members of IBF can apply to the Breathwork Development Fund with projects or initiatives that can benefit the community.
Your membership supports healing around the world!
