Mahendra Briksha


Mahendra Briksha is a breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and integral life coach with over 15 years of experience in stress management and holistic wellness. He specializes in practical, science-informed breathing techniques, mindfulness, and movement practices that support mental clarity, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.

Drawing from yogic traditions and modern wellness approaches, Mahendra works with individuals and organizations to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and enhance focus, energy, and performance in the workplace.
