Cancellation Policy

If you cancel for personal reasons

• Until May 31, 2026

No conference cancellation fee One-night cancellation fee for the hotel  

• Between June 1st and June 30, 2026

75 € conference cancellation fee One-night cancellation fee for the hotel  

• Between July 1st and August 31, 2026.

150 € conference cancellation fee Two-nights cancellation fee for the hotel  

• After August 31, 2026

The full conference fee must be paid The full accommodation costs must be paid.   Swapping tickets Conference tickets may be transferred to another person at any time, if accommodation is also transferred. Please advise the GIC Team if you wish to transfer to another person: registration-gic2026@ibfbreathwork.org   Travel insurance We strongly recommend that participants obtain travel insurance for peace of mind.
