Nesmah™ Essentials is a foundational breathwork training designed to introduce participants to the principles of conscious, connected breathing and its impact on emotional well-being, nervous system regulation, and self-awareness. Created and authored by Manal AlMusallam, an award-winning trainer, author, and international breathwork educator, the Nesmah™ Method integrates evidence-based breath practices with emotional awareness tools and somatic education. The Essentials training focuses on personal transformation and provides participants with the skills to practice breathwork safely for their own daily life.
Training Overview
The Nesmah™ Essentials Practitioner Training is a 4-day immersive program that guides participants through:
• Breathwork Foundations
Understanding healthy breathing mechanics, diaphragmatic activation, and the science of conscious connected breathing.
• Nervous System Regulation
How breathing patterns influence the autonomic nervous system, stress response, and emotional states.
• Emotional Integration Tools
Gentle methods to process emotional tension through breath, awareness, and scientifically-supported grounding techniques.
• Somatic Awareness & Body Mapping
Practical guidance to recognize how posture, tension, and breath interact, using Nesmah’s culturally-appropriate somatic principles.
• Daily Personal Breathwork Practice
Participants experience guided breath sessions and learn how to create simple, safe routines for home practice.
• Lifestyle Integration
Introducing supportive daily habits, mindset tools, and short breath practices for clarity, emotional balance, and well-being.
