Facilitator Foundations Course, Level 4A

Don't Just Learn to Guide the Breath. Learn to Read It. Many people can learn the structure of a breathwork session. Transformational Breath® training asks you to go deeper. In the Facilitator Foundations Course, Level 4A, you begin learning how to observe the person in front of you, recognize characteristics of their individual breathing pattern, and understand how that information can help guide a Transformational Breath® session. This is where Breathing Analysis™, one of the distinctive tools within the Transformational Breath® system, begins to change the way you see the breath. Facilitators do not simply lead everyone through the same experience. They learn to observe, respond, and work with each individual using a developed methodology and a range of facilitation tools. You will begin developing the practical skills, awareness, presence, and professional foundations required to facilitate individual Transformational Breath® sessions, while continuing your own personal work with the method. Because in this training, your own development is not separate from learning to facilitate others. It is part of becoming a facilitator.
